Every encounter has a complete activity log, giving you full visibility into the patient's journey through your workflow.
- Click on any encounter in the worklist
- In the encounter details, scroll to the Activity section
- You'll see a chronological history of everything that has happened:

| Forms assigned | Which forms were sent to the patient and when |
| Forms submitted | When the patient completed each form |

Filtering Your Encounter List
From the worklist, click the Filter button next to the search bar to narrow results by custom fields, dates, patient information, or active/archived status. You can save your preferred filters as a default view that loads automatically.

Archiving Encounters
When an encounter is complete, archive it to keep your worklist focused on active encounters.
- Click the three-dot menu on the encounter row
- Select Archive Encounter
- Confirm the action
⚠️ Important: Archiving an encounter cancels any outstanding tasks assigned to the patient for that encounter. If the patient has incomplete forms, they will no longer be able to access them. Make sure all necessary forms are completed before archiving.
Archived encounters are not deleted. You can find them by filtering for archived encounters, and you can unarchive them at any time using the same menu.
